3.5 Full-scale performance requirements.
3.5.1 Turboshaft engine. The oils shall be tested in a full-scale turboshaft engine in accordance with
4.4.17 to evaluate its serviceability and to ensure that engine components are compatible with the
lubricating oil. The post-test condition of the engine shall not indicate excessive or unusual deposits,
wear or corrosion which are attributed to the test oil.
